Mark Hannaford

Mark is an adventure travel photographer and an International Fellow of the prestigious New York-based Explorers Club and awarded their 'The Explorers Club 50 Award': Fifty People Changing the World the World Needs to Know About'.

Based on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast in the Southwest of England, Mark has worked as a professional expedition leader in areas as diverse as Kamchatka in the Russian Far East, Nepal, Antarctica, the Seychelles through to Namibia and Arctic Norway, always with his camera equipment to hand.

Fascinated by the variety and splendour of the natural landscape, his true passion is people and capturing their story for a moment in time.

As well as a photographer, Mark unusually also happens to be an Honorary Professor in Extreme Medicine at Exeter University Medical School.
