Nick Ledger is the epitome of a generalist travel photographer. His images span a wide range of subjects and areas from the formal architecture of York Minster to high end travel lifestyle at Le Gray Hotel in Beirut. But his heart lies in far flung, off-the-beaten track destinations. He has photographed Mongol horsemen riding out on the steppes at thirty below zero and sweltered in the deserts of Yemen where he has photographed the extraordinary mud cities of the Hadhramaut. Chicago cityscapes, Zanzibari seascapes and Yorkshire landscapes are all grist to the mill.
