John Warburton-Lee undertakes commissions both in the UK and world-wide for a broad range of editorial, advertising and commercial clients. John's editorial work covers travel in the widest sense and has appeared in many leading newspapers and magazines including Conde Nast Traveller, Food & Travel, Harpers & Queen, House & Garden, Geographical, Tatler, Travel Africa and Wexas Traveller. Commissions have taken him to photograph luxury holidays in India, wildlife in Tanzania and conservation projects in Chile. Editorially, John is best known for his photography of the world's wild places particularly Africa, South America and Alaska.

John has undertaken many advertising and commercial assignments for clients ranging from architects and designers to product manufacturers and travel companies. Hotel and lodge photography is a major specialisation. From boutique hide-aways to grand palace hotels, spas to wilderness lodges and safari camps.
